Q: Cute concept. So, three people get to win a run to MC and take their friends, while every other person who sacrificed their war effort boxes, commendation signets and so forth, get absolutely nothing? Even I was almost tempted, but I am not a gambler.
A: You get a ticket no matter what item you turn in. In case you haven't checked the reward for peacebloom isn't exactly spectacular.

Q: Ok I just want to ask a question. If you get enough people doing turnins you will get a huge amount of rep amongst greens and blues. Now this will wield you a lot of gold, possibly more than you dish out. Will people get "their" greens back along with the Alliance Commendation Signets?
A: No. We don't need the faction, but unfortunately there's no good way to verify your entry without you sending the actual mats in. If you need the faction, by all means turn the items in yourself. Either way the items get turned in and that's what's important here.

Q: Will there be some notification when the final drawing will be held? How about if the winner isn't online for the drawing? Will they receive the prize in mail, or forfeit?
A: We will announce the final drawing both on this site and in the Arthas Realm forums. The drawings for the grand prizes will occur after all 3.85million items have been handed in and the war effort quests are complete. You can keep track of the probable date by checking this progress site: Arthas War Efforts Status. You do not have to be present to win. The ticket website keeps a record of names so if you win we'll send you in game mail with the news.

Q: Where can I see how many tickets I have?
A: By visiting the Raffle Ticket Database page and searching for your name.

Q: What items can I loot in MC? What if I'm not the right level?
A: Any item that you can use, whether you have the level to use it or not. Like that fancy mace but need 5 more levels? It's yours. We're pulling out all the stops. You get priority over everyone else at the raid.

Q: What if I'm not attuned to MC?
A: Don't you worry about that. We'll have you attuned and inside the Molten Core before you can get a handle on the chaos that is our raid chat.

Q: What if I'm not high enough level for MC?
A: Good question! You get a choice: We will issue you an IOU which you can redeem for your trip when you are the appropriate level, or will receive 1000g as a substitute. Your choice!

Q: What if I win a 25% Interval Raffle drawing, will I lose my chance at the grand prize? Woudln't it be better for me to only submit my items right at the end?
A: Indeed it would be against what we are trying to achieve if you hoard your items until the end, so we have updated the rules section to better reflect what we meant. Each ticket can only win once, and any one player can only win the 25% interval drawings once per Raffle and can only win one grand prize (Please note that a Player cannot win 2 Trips given that we have a few Trips being raffled as well). That means if you were to win a 25% interval raffle your other tickets would still be in the running for the grand prize. By all means turn your items now and have a chance at both! Please note that the MC/Onyxia Trip prizes are One-Per-Player, thus you cannot win the Raffled version and the Grand Prize version of the Trip prize. You can however win an Epic BOE and a Grand Prize.

Q: Why did you copy FoH's giveaway contest and rip their content?
A: Because they had a good concept and we've already wasted enough time and fallen behind as a server, time is of the essence here~ Thanks again FoH!
