Make sure you meet the requirements (see Contest Rules) and then send your completed PROCESSED stacks to any of the following individuals via in-game mail:

NOTE: We only want PROCESSED and COMPLETE STACKS of the items. Don't send us Linen Cloth, send us 20 Linen Bandages for example. Any unprocessed items or incomplete stacks will be RETURNED to the sender and no tickets will be awarded until they are resent after being processed. Thanks.
